Develop a Business Credit Card Game Plan or Risk Everything

by on Oct.27, 2011, under Make Money Online

While selecting a credit card might seem like a rather minor concern given everything else a small business owner must tackle, its importance should not be overlooked. Even though small business owners are generally held personally liable for business credit card use and information about this use is typically relayed to their personal credit reports, […]

Setting goals for making money with tools

by on Oct.24, 2011, under Make Money Online

First, let’s talk about picking goals. Setting goals and picking goals is not the same thing. If you set bad goals and you achieve them, you get a bad result. Getting Back to Blogging at JMMO

by on Oct.15, 2011, under Make Money Online

It has been over a year since JMMO has been updated. Over a year since I blogged about making money online.

Yet, in all that time, my online income hasn’t stopped. Not from this blog. And, not from my other blogs and sites that I haven’t paid much attention to for over a year. That’s the beauty of creating income streams on the web. Some of them *can* become good sources of passive income.

So, what have I been up to? What has been keeping me busy and away from here?

In July 2010, I started a new job. Still working online, but for a nonprofit organisation. Things had been hectic in the job and most of my personal projects online had taken a backseat.

I keep thinking I’ll give this blog up. Perhaps, finally sell it like I planned to many years ago. In fact, I’ve had a handful of offers for this blog, even though I haven’t updated it or approached anyone about selling.

But, somehow, I find myself unable to for one reason or another. One of these days, perhaps.

For now, I’m still here. And will try to pick up the blogging again. Let’s see how this goes.

And to all of you who have been patiently supporting this site, regardless of the lack of updates: THANK YOU.

Special thanks goes out to all our sponsors and other supporters, like Internet Income University, Web Wealth Marketing, Global Success Club, SiteReviewsAuthorities, TopEarningTeam, AutoPilotWebsite System, and MakeMoneyGiant.

And, of course, a million thanks to all our regular readers, subscribers, and visitors. It’s because of you that JMMO continues to exist.

The Future of Content Monetization and Publishing

by on Oct.12, 2011, under Make Money Online

Join The Epic Team

Publishing is going through change but where it is now and what practical ethical steps can publishers take to increase revenue while improving content? These questions and more will be answered at Affiliate Summit West during the Future of Content Monetization and Publishing session. At least, it will be if you help vote for it.

The Future of Content Monetization and Publishing is the session that Murray Newlands, Steve Hall, Ian Fernando, and I planned to present at Affiliate Summit West in Las Vegas. All session ideas are voted on. The sessions with the most votes get the go ahead. The ones with the least votes are dropped into the affiliate abyss and never heard from again.

We think we have a great session idea, and we think attendees will benefit greatly from it. If you agree, then head on over to the Affiliate Summit blog and vote for our session.

To prevent people from gaming the system, the Affiliate Summit blog requires you to register before you can vote. At the time of this post, we have only 14 votes, so we really need your help! I’ll consider a vote as an extra entry into my Affiliate Summit Gold pass giveaway that I’ll be doing in the next month or two. Go vote please!
